About Me

My desire for new opportunities led me to experience life in different countries and work in different capacities. I started my professional life as a teacher of English, and moved on to become a simultaneous interpreter at the US Department of State, translator of books, language specialist at the Library of Congress, and now a coach. Ultimately, all of my experiences have been connected to language and communicating with people. Working as an interpreter for high-level goverment officials, I learned to hear and interpret not only the words, but the speakers’ deeper messages and intentions. This skill of deeper listening, sensing and recognizing became particularly helpful to me as a coach. I listen to the whole person, and guide a conversation towards deep personal realizations, acceptance, and transformation.
